Early Bird Deadline:
Register by April 10th, 2024, to receive our Early Bird Rate of $150.
After April 10th, our general registration fee will be $175. CEs are an additional fee.
If you are paying online, a PayPal portal will pop up. Please ONLY select "Debit or Credit Card" as your payment form. Once you have completed your payment, return to the registration page and press SAVE to complete your registration.
If you are looking for hotel accommodations the night before the conference
(May 8, 2024), please use this link for a discounted rate. These rooms are limited and booked on a first come, first served basis.

*May 1st is the deadline to cancel your registration for the conference. Refunds will not be issued after this date.
**We all know life happens. That means that there may be cancellations or changes to workshop content by our scheduled presenters beyond our control. Thank you for understanding.
Continuing Education Hours (CEs)
The application for continuing education credits has been submitted to our Continuing Education Sponsor. Please contact Shivani Patel at training@machildrensalliance.org for the status of continuing education credits.
Cost of CEs (additional fee to the conference fee):
- Nursing CEs -$35
- Social Work and Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC) CEs - $45
- Psychology CEs- $95
Please select "General Registration + CEs" for your registration type and specify which type of CE you are requesting.
MA Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Application for MA Licensed Mental Health Counselor continuing education credits has been submitted. Please contact Berkshire AHEC at 413-842-5160 for the status of MA Licensed Mental Health Counselor CE accreditation.
Psychologist
CE credits for psychologists are provided by the Spiritual Competency Academy (SCA) which is co-sponsoring this program. The Spiritual Competency Academy is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. The Spiritual Competency Academy maintains responsibility for this program and its content. For questions about receiving your Certificate of Attendance, contact Berkshire AHEC at hbruno@berkshireahec.org. Social Worker
